Over the phone I was worried because I could barely hear tim, but when I got cut all those worries went away, all the barbers in there can cut hair, not a very social shop, get ur cut and get out but for $30 it dosnt get any better I will be back as a sjsu student and I would recommend it to everyone, always go in with pictures and an idea of what u want and they will do u right
