Hands down Dave is the best barber and highly recommended!! He gives my husband, Eric great haircuts (high fade), shaves, and this past weekend also shaped up his eyebrows. His attention to detail is on point. The inside of the Refinery is very clean with a really awesome industrial vibe and in a great location of Downtown Cleveland. My husband will continue to come back!
